Submission Guidelines

  • Submit Abstracts (Up to 250 words).
  • All submissions must be original and should not have been previously accepted for publication in a journal, or presented in another conference
  • The abstract should describe the background, purpose, method, results (if any), and unique contributions of the research
  • Indicate the form of presentation (ORAL/POSTER)
  • Select, from the list of conference subthemes or broad NAOP divisions you wish your abstract to be included.
  • Use 12-point Times New Roman font for the text with single line spacing without indentations and 1 Inch margin throughout
  • Include details of all co-authors (if any) including names, affiliations, and email addresses.
